How Bonded Lot is funded
Sellers pay Bonded Lot to certify their lots. These are the rules that keep what a seller pays apart from what Bonded Lot publishes.
The fees
Bonded Lot's fee rates never vary with a test result. Testing kits are billed at cost plus a small margin, and are paid for whether or not a lot is released by the seller. Publication is a flat per-vial rate, the same for every enrolled seller regardless of size, and is charged only when a seller releases a lot. We earn when the certification process is used — never on what it finds.
No rate ever varies with what a result says.
The full fee structure, including how each fee is triggered, is given to any enquirer on request. Ask at contact@bondedlot.com.
What no one can buy
No seller can pay for a result to be deleted, amended, suppressed or delayed, for favourable treatment, for a position in the directory, or for access to the Foundation's research data.
Bonded Lot accepts no sponsorship, advertising or paid placement from anyone who sells the kinds of products it certifies.
Ownership
Bonded Lot is wholly owned by The Bio Logic Foundation, and any change in ownership is published.
